X-MEDIA provides a limited warranty for all of our products. Our limited warranty covers product failures due to defects in material or workmanship. The maximum liability of X-MEDIA is equal to or no higher than the product’s purchased price.
X-MEDIA does not offer refunds under any condition. If the returned product is discontinued, we will replace it with an equivalent product.

Our warranty period varies between products. Warranty terms and conditions are included in the packaging of each X-MEDIA product.
